Roots of Tradition
Lomi Lomi Nui comes from the ancient practices of Hawaiian Kahuna – priests and healers. It was part of initiation rites, received by chiefs and those standing before important life decisions, to bring clarity, peace, and courage. In Hawaiian tradition, the body is seen as memory – the massage helps release stored emotions and restores the natural flow of life
energy.
Dance of the Ocean 
A session embraces the whole body (excluding intimate areas) and unfolds with warm oil, natural aromas, and soothing music.
The movements are fluid, rhythmic, wave-like – like the ocean that never stops breathing.
The practitioner moves around the table in the Frigate dance, while the body being massaged feels as if it is gently rocked by the waves. In this dance, tensions dissolve, and the mind learns to let go.
